This Privacy Policy explains how OPRIME collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data in connection with oprime.net, demo requests, accounts, projects, and related services.

This Privacy Policy applies specifically to oprime.net and OPRIME services operated from the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

OPRIME operates from the Dubai International Financial Centre and provides technology-enabled services for property, interior, and personalised spatial visualisation workflows.

Buyer & Project InformationProperty requirements, spatial preferences, design preferences, lifestyle requirements, and other project instructions submitted by authorised users.
Technical & Usage InformationBrowser information, device information, access logs, error information, usage records, and security-related technical data generated through service use.

4. Buyer and Client Preference Data

OPRIME is designed to work primarily with property requirements, spatial preferences, design preferences, and other information needed to create personalised property experiences.

Brokers, developers, and other clients should avoid submitting personal data that is not necessary for the requested service. Sensitive personal data should not be submitted unless specifically required and agreed in advance.

5. How We Use Personal Data

  • To provide accounts, authentication, and requested OPRIME services.
  • To process project inputs and generate or support personalised property and interior outputs.
  • To respond to demo requests, enquiries, support requests, and client communications.
  • To operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve OPRIME services.
  • To detect misuse, security issues, abnormal activity, or service errors.
  • To manage pilots, client relationships, contracts, and related business operations.

6. AI-Assisted Processing

OPRIME uses AI and related technologies to generate, analyse, or transform property and design content as part of the requested service.

Depending on the feature used, limited portions of submitted content may be processed through selected AI or infrastructure providers where necessary to deliver the service.

The specific processing arrangements applicable to an enterprise engagement may be further described in the relevant agreement or data processing terms.

7. Service Providers and External Processing

OPRIME may use selected hosting, authentication, AI processing, communications, storage, analytics, and infrastructure providers to operate and deliver its services.

Information may be made available to such providers only to the extent reasonably necessary for the relevant service or operational purpose, subject to applicable contractual and data-protection requirements.

Our technical provider configuration may change as the OPRIME platform develops. Enterprise clients may request further information about applicable processing arrangements as part of a pilot or commercial engagement.

8. Where We Process Data

OPRIME's current core platform infrastructure includes hosting within the European Union, including Germany.

Personal data processed through OPRIME may therefore be transferred from the DIFC to, or processed within, the European Union. OPRIME considers applicable DIFC data-protection requirements when personal data is transferred outside the DIFC.

Our infrastructure and processing locations may evolve as the platform develops. Where a material change affects how personal data is handled, this Privacy Policy may be updated accordingly.

9. Retention and Deletion

Personal data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or processed, including service delivery, security, operational, contractual, and legal requirements.

Logs and operational information may be retained for a reasonable period for security, troubleshooting, incident response, and service operations.

For enterprise engagements, project-specific retention or deletion requirements may be agreed separately with the client.
